i have also completed the plan, which i will put into a post on the blog also.
images
i was going to include a guitar that i have edited on photoshop, however without the music it doesnt really fit, as i wanted it to appear during a guitar solo.
music
for my animation i have done a typography of lyrics from a song by aerosmith, i wanted to have the song playing over the top, however as i have put the work on the internet i wasnt able to use the music due to copyright infringment.
final piece
here is my final motion graphics work, i have done a typography video with the lyrics to aerosmiths crazy, i havent included the music due to copyright issues and placing the video in the public domain.
Font size and style
for me the font size is key due to the fact this is an animation purely revolved around letering, the style of writing is also important as it will make the animation more interesting, the colour is also key to how people will judge the animation. i have done some research on colour, most people seem to have contrasting colours so the background is will help higlight the text, colours like yellow and blue and green and black, for my animation i am going to use green and red, i am also using white and black as well as they show well on the green background and with mutiple colours the text is more interesting. for the font size, there are a few different approaches, some people have used different sizes, others have used the same throughout, for me i am going to use mutiple font sizes to highlight the words which are more important. for the style most people will choose an interesting font type, for me i am going to use times new roman as it is the standard text format and easy to read.
